Minhajur Rahman Chowdhury Mahim

Hi! I’m Minhaj. I do AI Software R&D at K-AI Lab, working on 3D space and odometry for industrial Physical AI applications.

I’m a Computer Science graduate from KAIST. I hail from Bangladesh, and I’m currently based in South Korea.

I worked on VLM reasoning capabilities at the Machine Learning & Vision Lab (MLV), advised by Prof. Hyunwoo J. Kim. Previously, I researched the reasoning capabilities of LLMs in low-resource languages at the U&I Lab, led by Prof. Alice Oh.

On the side I’m building Dex, a coding environment for phones: terminals, files, Git and coding agents on Android and iOS, working on your own machines over SSH.

Outside work, I enjoy playing guitar and cycling!
